We provide quality-assured skilled labour for prefabrication, installation and commissioning, and field service — and it's this capacity that gives SIGRA a flexibility toward customers that few single suppliers can match.
Capacity that scales with the job
We quality-assure every single skilled worker before they're put on a job — trade certificates, qualifications, safety training and documented experience from comparable sites. The customer gets people who can start working right away, not people who need to be trained on-site.
Most suppliers have an upper limit that hits the customer mid-project: their people are tied up elsewhere, and the rest of the delivery has to wait. Odda Service is built to not have that limit. We combine our own skilled workforce with a qualified network we know and have used before, so we can scale up quickly without compromising on qualifications.
In practice, that means the scope can grow along the way — a shutdown that gets extended, a finding that requires an extra shift, a deadline that moves — without the customer having to go out into the market for a new supplier, with new prequalification, new safety training and a new contract point.

Odda Service is the capacity reserve for the entire group. When Odda Plast, KB Stålindustri, Pipeliner, Herde Kompositt or OP Industriservice need extra hands during a peak, people are mobilised across the group — the same quality assurance, the same safety culture, the same contract.
That's why SIGRA can say yes to deliveries that would otherwise require three suppliers and a coordinator.
