Pipeliner is Norway's leading specialist in internal rehabilitation of pipes and tanks. Instead of digging up and replacing, we rehabilitate from the inside — faster, cheaper and without disrupting operations.
All operational staff on offshore and industrial assignments are employed as pipefitters or surface treatment technicians. Pipeliner is an approved training company (GOT) in the industrial painting trade.
Pipeliner is based in Bergen and has documented references from Equinor offshore installations and Norwegian municipalities — from DN200 drinking water in Oslo to DN600 offshore on Troll B.

Pipe rehabilitation — offshore
Passes through deck penetrations and fire barriers. 90-degree bends over 100+ metres. Pre-approved Equinor TR3016, coating 3B and 7B. Methods: Liner, Full Structural Liner, GRE upgrade.
Pipe rehabilitation — drinking water and sewage
DieDraw™, full structural sleeve lining and reinforced hose pull-in. Products with third-party approval for drinking water and sewage. NS-EN ISO 11295 Class A. Minimal excavation — nationwide coverage.
Robot-based tank renewal
Autonomous robots carry out tank renewal with no crew inside the tank — offshore, industrial and onboard vessels. K-95 tank-in-tank epoxy lining, approved since 2017. No confined-space entry. Corrosion- and chemical-resistant.
Internal lining of prefabricated pipe spools
KB Stålindustri fabricates the pipe spools. Pipeliner lines them internally. A complete delivery ready for direct installation — relevant for EPC and modification projects with tight schedules.
Oxiblast — robot-based sandblasting
Robot-based sandblasting, internal tank coating and UHP cleaning — offshore, industrial and maritime. FROSIO-certified inspectors. LIDAR/3D condition documentation included.
Greenfield newbuild — sleeve lining in new pipes
Sleeve lining in new pipes lets the customer choose carbon steel over duplex, 316ss or titanium — a significant material cost saving on newbuild and EPC projects.
Oxiblast — robot-based, crew-free, ATEX-approved
The Oxiblast robot carries out sandblasting, cleaning and internal surface treatment in pipes and confined spaces without anyone needing to enter. The operator works from a safe distance, avoiding exposure to dust, noise and vibration.
