Extend the lifetime — don't replace it
Extend is SIGRA's rehabilitation service for existing pipes, tanks and offshore installations. Instead of replacing — we rehabilitate internally, using methods that are faster, cheaper and less disruptive than traditional pipe replacement.
Pipeliner has completed 250+ successful projects since 2010 — offshore, maritime and municipal water & wastewater. Equinor TR3016 pre-approved for coating 3B and 7B (NORSOK M-501). Rated 150# up to 20 bar and 100°C.
Odda Plast prefabricates the GRE pipe that Pipeliner installs internally in existing steel pipes — a permanent corrosion barrier from two SIGRA companies under a single delivery.

Internal pipe rehabilitation — offshore
Passes deck penetrations and fire barriers. 90-degree bends over 100+ metres. Pre-approved Equinor TR3016. Methods: DieDraw™, Egeliner, Sanitube, Full Structural Liner.
Oxiblast — robotic tank renewal
ATEX EX Zone 1, DN 250–DN 600. Equinor TR3016. 75% POB reduction. LIDAR/3D documentation. No personnel inside the tank during operation. Successful autonomous robot pilot in 2025.
GRE upgrade of steel pipes
Permanent corrosion barrier inside steel pipes. Odda Plast prefabricates the GRE pipe, Pipeliner installs it. Complete GRE solution from two SIGRA companies under a single contract.
K-95 tank-in-tank epoxy lining
Internal epoxy lining system, approved since 2017. Corrosion-resistant, chemical-resistant, no confined-space entry. Storage tanks and process/service tanks.
CIPP and trenchless municipal water & wastewater
DieDraw™, full-structural cured-in-place lining and reinforced hose pull-in. Third-party approved products for drinking water and wastewater. Minimal excavation — national coverage.
Composite reinforcement
GRP and CRP laminates on hulls, tanks and offshore structures. Structural reinforcement without full replacement. Herde Kompositt on-site or in its own production facilities.
Extend covers all critical pipe systems
