Supplier qualification via Achilles for the energy and industrial sector. Confirms that the company meets the procurement requirements for quality, HSE and capacity held by operators and main contractors.
The Oxiblast robot is ATEX-approved for use in explosive atmospheres (EX Zone 1). Covers DN 250 to DN 600 — most relevant offshore pipe dimensions.
European standard for the execution of steel structures. Execution class 2 (EXC2) covers most industrial load-bearing structures, platforms and support systems.
Pre-approval for internal pipe rehabilitation and lining in accordance with Equinor's technical requirements. Coating systems 3B and 7B (NORSOK M-501). Rated 150# up to 20 bar and 100°C.
FROSIO-certified inspectors and operators for surface treatment. European standard for inspection of corrosion-protective coatings — a requirement on Equinor and offshore projects.
Approved training company for trade certificates within relevant disciplines — plater, welder, industrial pipefitter, plastics trade, industrial painter and surface treater. All operational staff hold a trade certificate in their discipline.
Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials — part 2 (comprehensive quality requirements). Covers welding processes 111, 131, 135, 136, 138, 141 and Orbital GTAW.
Deliveries in accordance with classification requirements for decades. Has delivered production to the specifications and requirements of all the major classification societies, including DNV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds, Aquastructures and others.
Quality management system per NS-EN ISO 9001 – 14001. Ensures documented processes, quality control and continuous improvement across all deliveries.
Magnet JQS (Joint Qualification System) is the Norwegian oil and gas sector's supplier qualification system. Registration confirms that the company meets the industry's requirements for quality, HSE and capacity.
Environmental management system per NS-EN ISO 9001 - 14001. Documents systematic management of environmental impact, waste handling and continuous improvement.
Norwegian offshore standard for surface treatment. Pipeliner and Odda Plast are qualified for coating systems 3B (internal lining) and 7B (internal lining, seawater and firewater).
We deliver in accordance with NS 9415 floating installations and NS 9416 land-based installations.
Joint supplier register for the Norwegian construction, civil engineering and industrial sector. Registration confirms up-to-date documentation on HSE, tax and company matters.
Liner and resin products used by Pipeliner hold third-party approval for use in drinking water and sewage pipes. Accredited third party (typically Germany or the USA). Applies at product level.
